At Taymore we recognise the importance that the installation of any of our products have on the success of a building programme as they form a critical part of the building fabric. There are a number of key areas that our contracts team manage to ensure our involvement during the installation process is a seamless one. Our engineering staff will carry out all tasks on site with the highest regard for safety and with consideration for all other trades working close by on the project.

We measure the success of our installation and contracts teams before installation, during installation and post installation using a range of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including:

  • AttendanceĀ to pre-start meeting
  • Prompt presentation of production drawings for discussion and approval
  • Accuracy of installation time on site and resource required
  • Communication of associated works required by other trades
  • Method statements and risk assessments presented with time for review
  • Engineers’ appearance and manner during time on site
  • Adherence to health and safety
  • Ability to follow construction program
  • Successful installation with zero defects
